Directions to Yvette Helin Studio from Midtown By Subway

You can get to us via the 7 train or the G train. If you take the 7 you will need to walk across the Pulaski Bridge and exit the bridge at the stairs once you cross the creek. Then walk West on Ash street and you will be at the building in a block.

If you choose the G, take it to Greenpoint Ave, then exit and walk North on Manhattan Avenue approximately 11 blocks to our building at the very end of Manhattan Avenue just before the Newtown Creek.

Directions to Yvette Helin Studio From Midtown by Car

Use the midtown tunnel - stay to the right lane. When coming out of the tunnel, get to the far right immediately. Take Exit 13 Borden Ave. Very important you do not miss this exit. Tell the driver you want to go over the Pulaski Bridge to Brooklyn. To some cabs this means something. To those cabbies who don’t know, exit at Exit 13 Borden Ave. Turn immediate right onto Borden Ave. Turn immediate right onto Vernon. (There are little signs that say Pulaski Bridge on them, you can also follow them but they are not at every turn). Take next immediate slight right onto Jackson. Take second right onto 11th Street Pulaski Bridge. Go over the Pulaski Bridge. Pulaski Bridge road turns into McGuiness Blvd. Take first right onto FREEMAN STREET. Travel one block then turn right onto Manhattan Avenue. Travel six blocks and a quarter to 1205 Manhattan Ave, which is at the very end of manhattan avenue in what appears to be a parking lot but is really Manhattan Avenue's end.
